CASS 10 & under girls relay takes 1st!

CASS swimmers had a great weekend at the EAST invitational meet at Yorba Linda HS. Swimmers achieved personal best times throughout the weekend culminating in several team records! The 10 and under girls medley relay of Brooke Nunez, Lily Greenfield, Kendyl Landicho, and Katarina Carcich finished in first place and set a new team record almond the way! Three swimmers competed for their first time, Emma Castaneda, Michael and Adam Sallinger, and 11 year old Justin Jones swam 3 personal best times and 3 11-12 boys team records in the 100 free, 100 backstroke, and 100 individual medley. We also want to thank our Team Mom, Kristin Jones for coordinating our timing seat and taking a timing shift too!

To learn the swimming by the kids the age is the main thing which is to be adult. The girls should be more the ten to do the swimming.
